Philip McWilliams is an experienced Solicitor Advocate, specialising in criminal law.

He has extensive experience in representing and defending clients in the High Court, conducting Sheriff and Jury Trials within the Sheriff Court, and conducting and representing clients in summary procedure in the Sheriff Court and the Justice of the Peace Court. He regularly represents persons prosecuted for offences including murder, attempted murder, assault, fraud, abduction, firearm offences, road traffic offences, contravention of the Misuse of Drugs Act, Proceeds of Crime, prosecutions under the Serious and Organised Crime Legislation, robbery, domestic abuse and Health and Safety Legislation contravention.

Claire Sutherland is a solicitor who specialises in residential conveyancing and works closely with various financial advisers, accountants, surveyors and estate agents to provide clients with an overall package for the sale or purchase of their home, enabling them to be guided throughout the whole process with the minimum of stress.
